…w subclasses of abstract base classes - significant cleanups of cuBQL backend. - cubql backend now supports instancing; InstanceGroup can have multiple instances, and uses new cuBQL twoLevel traversal - cubql backend now makes device copies of all data (ex ray queues) - using new submodule/cubql with lots of fixes - changed miniapp camera pos to no longer have org.x and org.z on 0 Merge branch 'iw/cleanup-backends'
- updated to latest cuBQL that will allow building single-leaf TLASes - instances TLAS uses single-leaf (as required for proper two-level traversal) - dgef format now works in both old and new miniapp; reader will automatically detect whether it's new orold file format - minor cleanups and fixed Signed-off-by: Ingo Wald <ingowald@gmail.com>
