Reorganize code and docs for HSTU training and inference:

  • Make common gin arguments definition
  • Reorganize training/inference driver files and gin configs files
  • Rename files to avoid module-vs-file conflict
  • Reorganize README files

  1. move branch to recsys-examples
  2. @JacoCheung check training and add readme
  3. @shijieliu update readme under example/hstu
  4. update CI
