This PR can be merged now that NVIDIA/cccl#20 has passed CI.

The new 11.5.1 containers should be published shortly.

We should probably wait until the new 11.5.1 containers are published (from this job) before running this CI.

I will cancel CI for now.

We can re-run it when the job above has finished (~20 minutes).
