Falcor 3.2.1 Packman (ERROR)

Hi! I am trying to work on the Falcor 3.2.1 version. To get the dependencies update_dependencies.bat, I am getting the error:

Package 'dxcompiler' at version '10.0.17763.0' is missing from local storage.
packman(ERROR): Unable to download file from 'https://d4i3qtqj3r0z5.cloudfront.net/dxcompiler%4010.0.17763.0' (server returned 403)

Previous issues #403 and #424 did not work for me. The link is offline https://d4i3qtqj3r0z5.cloudfront.net/dxcompiler%4010.0.17763.0 and there is no packman update option from packman. The current version I can see packman 5.7.1.

How can I resolve the problem?
