Currently to upgrade MacOS, you need to uninstall NCPA then re-install with the new version. This is a pain and requires that you manually back up your configuration files. Uninstalling should not remove your configuration files by default and installing while an existing version is already installed should replace the functional components of NCPA while leaving the configurations, logs, etc. in place.
I've also noticed that Mac builds are not using the bundled OpenSSL version.
