This PR fixes two problems:
--debugand-l, the Percent_Lifetime_Remain attribute was not shown in the Raw Check List ATA list--debugand--hide-sn, the debug output still contained the serial number obtained from the smartctl outputBump version to 1.14.1 which also includes additional fix from #93
