Simple Python game for practice

1. The goal of the game is to avoid incoming obstacles:

2. The player starts on the left side of the screen.

3. The obstacles enter randomly from the right and move left in a straight line.

4. The player can move left, right, up, or down to avoid the obstacles.

5. The player cannot move off the screen.

6. The player has 3 lives if player hit by an obstacle.

7. The game ends either the player loose all the lives or when the user closes the window.
