Inherited Default Construction and Schedule Sets Not Displayed in Facility Tab

If there's a default construction or schedule set assigned at the building level it doesn't show up as an inherited attribute with green text at the space type level.

@macumber is this what you're referencing in #1449? If so, I'll close this one.

@MatthewSteen #1449 is a feature request to have a mouseover or something show you where the inherited value is coming from (e.g. inherited from building, from space type, etc). This issue #1460 is just a bug and should stay.
