• If methods have been deprecated, update rest of code to use the new methods

• If breaking existing API, add the label APIChange
• If deemed ready, add label Pull Request - Ready for CI so that CI builds your PR

I need to modify the ChillerElectricASHRAE205 tests to avoid them copying/deleting the same path/copied cbor file so they don't fail when run in parallel.
