Fix #5435 - copy cpprestsdk_char_traits_workaround to build_dir/src so it's automatically included

• Fixes cpprestsdk_char_traits_workaround.hpp isn't shipped in install package, preventing to build against OS SDK 3.10.0-rc5 #5435

I haven't had time to check that it ends up in the tar.gz/.dmg correctly though.

Can't test the mac package with OSApp because CI is forever broken.

Based on some testing I've done on linux, it appears fine. I do see it inside the package at include/openstudio/cpprestsdk_char_traits_workaround.hpp
