Prevent farm rotation when modifying the wind direction

Issue

When plotting turbines with different wind directions, the farm is rotated.

Feature

Prevent farm rotation by keeping turbines at the same coordinates. In other words, see wakes move around the turbines. This was the case in FLORIS v2.4.

Solution

From my understanding, it comes from the rotate_coordinates_rel_west function. Would it be possible to plot the farm without rotating it? Maybe by adding an option to the FLORIS plot functions.

Example

• Image 1: FLORIS v3.0.1, wind direction = 270°, no farm rotation.
• Image 2: FLORIS v3.0.1, wind direction = 45°, farm rotation.
• Image 3: PyWake v2.2.0 (for example), wind direction = 45°, expected behavior, no farm rotation.
