1. Add extra first-level nodes in the tree for each domain of a concept scheme, and add concept schemes under their domain nodes 2. When adding top concepts in the tree, search at the first and second level of the tree to find its concept scheme 3. sorts the tree to have domains first, before concept schemes without domains

Sorry for neglecting this but it's non trivial to review and merge. Is this still the current version of the code or is there something newer available? |

Closing due to lack of response. Please open a new PR if you still want this to be included. It would be better to contribute new features in small pieces that are easy to review. |
