Please use the conduit_0.1.2.tar.gz download as the source code as created by GitHub does not get distributed with necessary submodules that are distributed in the conduit_0.1.2.tar.gz file.

This fixes 0.1.1 installation, which neglected to build poaV2 before building conduit when nimble build instead of nimble install was called.
Please note that conduit_clustering is still under active development and is at the moment incomplete and not ready for use or for benchmarking.
conduit and conduitUtils on the other hand should be usable.
