Support extending all the classes defined in AndroidManifest.xml

User should be able to define an extend in javascript for all the classes that are present in AndroidManifest.xml. This means we need to crate binding proxies for all classes declared in AndroidManifest.xml upfront on build time.

We may try another approach - now that we have the static bindings generation, we may use the extend function syntax. For example we may adopt some convention in the provided extend name, which will tell us to create a class with exactly the same name. Something like so:

var myActivity = android.support.v7.app.AppCompatActivity.extend("V:MyMainActivy",  {
});

Here, the V: prefix (just a suggestion, having verbose in mind) will hint the static binding generator that the name should be generated as-is. This way the class will be available in the AndroidManifest as well.

Have you considered the TypeScript syntax for that?

also we will change things little bit since the manifest package name can be different than the java package name for the class.
