We have written a new wrapper for libdmtx - https://github.com/NaturalHistoryMuseum/pylibdmtx - that supports Python 2.7, 3.4 and 3.5. Integrating this into inselect (in place of the exiting Python 2.x-only pydmtx package) eliminates some technical debt (#339).
