#1959 has been merged and is marked as breaking, the version should represent that

I'd prefer if we first made the breaking release for AA that I suggested, then we can have a Nemo breaking release -- instead of having to go through the "breaking release cycle" twice in a short time

Yeah, sure. I just wanted to get this PR in to reduce the chance of someone releasing the current Nemo master as a patch release. The bump to 0.48.0 should of course wait for the AA release
