Update dependencies and shade cassandra-all usage to ease migration from Astyanax to DataStax Java Driver for Apache Cassandra. This release does not imply any change in Astyanax deprecation.

Changes introduced by this release candidate:

  • Removed unused log4j files interfering with app-specific definition.
  • Removed unused C* yaml configs.
  • Added astyanax-test:test properties file for slf4j SimpleLogger.
