Genie ignores schedule if clusterName or clusterId is passed as an empty string #20

Genie's behavior is to ignore the schedule if clusterName or clusterId is not provided.

However, if the clusterName or ID are passed as empty strings, it ignores the schedule as well - which is incorrect behavior. It should simply default back to using the schedule.

Genie now ignores the clusterName or clusterID is they are empty - and defaults to using the schedule.
