This release brings:
- Corp:
- can install and rez cards in remote servers
- will trigger start-of-turna abilities
- so expect the Corp AI to spam PAD Campaigns and getting money out of it
- Runner:
- you can run on servers - drag and drop the running icon onto a server
- running doesn't do much now, it will eat a click, but nothing more - no trashing, no accesses
- GUI:
- when the Corp decks out, you'll see a victory screen
- hovering over card piles will show you its card count
- overall layout is rearranged to match the official FFG "Learn to play" book
v0.0.1
Show the first proof of concept.
- Play as the Runner against a trivial Corp AI.
- Win via decking the Corp. There's no victory screen, but the game will stop progressing.
- Use the first iteration of the UI. It's messy, but should work. If it's too hard to figure out, leave feedback via Issues.
In this release, you can:
- play as a Runner against a very simple Corp AI
- perform game actions by drag-and-drop:
- draw a card from the Stack
- drag a credit from the bank
- play events from the Grip by dragging them out to the play area
- installing cards from Grip by dragging themout to the Rig
- playing and installing cards respects their costs - legal plays are highlighted in cyan
- some cards are not implemented, e.g. Mongoose or Spy Camera, but you can install them
- paid ability of Sports Hopper is working - you can drag it into play area to trigger it, or you can pass - it works during Corp turn too!
- there's quite a few paid ability windows, so there's gonna be a lot of passing, we don't have auto-passing preferences yet
- not only costs are respected, but also effects, e.g. you cannot draw cards from an empty stack, so basic draw, Diesel, Quality Time and Sports Hopper trigger are then blocked
- Wyldside is implemented, but it's uniqueness is not checked, so you can stack them
- you can see the click pool depleting as you or your opponent perform actions
- you can discard cards at the end of your turn by drag and drop
- in general, when you start dragging, legit drop areas will light up
- the Corp will play Hedge Funds, draw cards, install new remotes and click for credit, but it will never win, it will eventually run out of cards in R&D and silently lose and it will stop spending clicks
- you can Alt-F4 to close the game
