Adding Some Meat

Iteration Goals:

This iteration's main goal will be to add some advanced features to the bare-bones of the site and also working to improve the base we already established. We will work on:

  • Sign-Up & Login System - both Frontend and Backend (including User Permissions).
  • Renovation Project Page V2 with the added feature to Add/Edit Renovation pages.
  • Promotional Site - Homepage and informational pages about the organization.
  • (Optional - only if time frame allows) Implementation of Website Notifications With those feature in place, the client will be able to start seeing some advanced functionality and more advanced features.

Iteration Roles:

  • Ihab & Netanel as the Backend development team.
  • Ruby & Dan as the Frontend development team.

Iteration Conclusion:

  • Finished both Backend & Frontend issues for login & signup
  • Added additional unit testing and improved the previous ones.
  • Did not finish:
    • Add/Edit Renovation Project
    • Renovation Page V2
    • Home Page
    • (Optional) Website Notifications

The unfinished issues are the result of poor planning in regards to national holidays and vacations

Those issues will be moved to the next iteration.

In the future, we need to consider vacation and holidays when picking work items for the upcoming iteration
