Bot requires no installation at all, all of its config files will be generated on runtime.
If you are downloading only exe - you need to run bot at least once, and wait for any errors to appear. If you are downloading whole folder - simply modify config.ini according to instructions included into that file.
Feel free to submit issues here https://github.com/marcin19962/trellobot/issues If you think any functionality is missing, or bot doesn't work on some servers, add issue and will look into it.
