Version 0.1.0

Creates GSEA plots in ggplot2.
Comes with several functions. The most important ones:

• gseaCurve is at the center of the package. Given a ranked list and a list of gene signatures, it provides a data.frame ready for plotting
• geom_gsea is the main visualization function, using the output from gseaCurve to generate a GSEA plot
• theme_gsea changes the ggplot layout so that it looks good for a GSEA plot

Side-functions for special use:

• geom_gseaLine plots only the line
• geom_gseaGradient plots only the color gradient
• geom_gseaTicks plots only the ticks/hits of the ranked list in the gene signature
