I fixed a couple of issues that I found:

• The AssemblyFileVersion was incorrect (my code prefers this for the version check)
• Clicking the draft button can draft a Kerbal with a job set to "Any", which causes a null trait, which causes a bad Kerbal in the save
• Changed the list of experience traits to be loaded from the config, instead of a hard-coded list

I didn't actually compile it, but the only non-trivial change used code that I know works from Contract Configurator.
