Introducing levels and speeding up. Game gets impossibly hard later on. Will likely need a nice patch to give the player a bit of leeway after spawning.

• Soft drop (1 point for each block moved down) [DOWN on dpad]

• Clockwise and Counter-Clockwise rotations [X and B]
• Early vmu design for holding
• Grace period after rotations
