Nik's better grass mod

MCPI mod which improves the grass.

Features

1. Adds grain to the grass color
2. Adds crafting recipies for:

• Grass
• Fern
• Grass block
• Dyed grass block

3. Adds a way to set one of the 4096 colors to the grass blocks and the plants on them.

The color selection works by using the data values of the blocks below. The top block is the red channel, and below it is green followed by blue.
