Description of changes

unpin llvm-10 in preparation to drop from the tree.

• adds the 1 line patch array.H: include cstdint to fix llvm 12+ build morganstanley/hobbes#452 to include cstdint to fix undefined type errors when compiling with LLVM12+.
• update version format to current nixpkgs standard
• ignore 1 warning for a depreciated copy constructor
