Roadmap for 2024

My perspective on a roadmap for 2024, along with ideas and subjects that are strategic for the project

• Implementing the new search mode in NodeSecure/cli: Implement a new "Search" mode with a WebSocket server cli#270 (This will initiate a transition to Major 3).
  • Also see Improving public/web codebase cli#422
• Vulnera 3.0 with support of individual API, OSV and NVD database.
  • Support National Vulnerability Database (NVD) vulnera#195
  • Implement OSV in the classical Scanner workflow vulnera#190
  • Implement OSV format vulnera#196
• CI need an active champion.
• The scanner needs to be refactored, the codebase has aged badly and this is becoming a problem.

• Authors 1.0, to identify and retrieve additional information in addition to cleaning up the responses (the project needs a complete overhaul, see what I started: refactor!: cleanup codebase & revampirize UT authors#52)
  • Now available in Scanner as "contacts" workspace
• Better license detection for Scanner.
  • Failed PR: Improve license detection licenses-conformance#23
• Spec for the database project, see: NodeSecure Database rfcs#3
• SLSA Conformance #76
• Reduce the number of individual git repositories (migrate to monorepo when possible like CLI and JS-X-Ray).
  • Migrate size-satisfies to the CLI workspaces cli#289
  • chore: setup workspaces js-x-ray#172

Obviously there is a lot of others subjects (but not as much critical).
