Create a landing page for NodeSecure

The idea is to create a landing page for the NodeSecure project. This was originaly proposed by @im-codebreaker.

The goal of the landing page would/could be:

• Explains what NodeSecure is.
• Highlight contributors.
• Highlight and explains our "main" projects (CLI, JS-X-Ray, Vuln, CI etc).
• Highlight social networks.

I guess I'm still missing a lot of things. A first version could be relatively "simple" and then we can iterate to improve it.

This could be a game changer to explain what is NodeSecure, who is behind etc...
