Refactor data extract using newest Scanner extractors API

The goal is to replace old extraction script with new extractors from the latest scanner minor.

You need to update the @nodesecure/scanner package

Existing probe do not cover 100% of the extract, the issue itself is not very hard but may require a good investment.
