added a cmakeLists.txt that is just a 1:1 copy of our makefile. I didnt look too closely, just wnated to get a bare minimum version out there to see if it was close.
Need to test before merge (though I didnt remove the makefile so the make commands should still work totally normally)
If we decide to go with this, we should also figure out how we wanna manage stm generating shit. Cmakes should and can be managed manually, but idk the best workflow between making changes on stmcube, stm cube having ability to generate cmake, vs us having our own
