[Finance Redesign] - Side-page Popup Component

Description

Eventually, we will have side page popups when a user views or creates a reimbursement request. For now, we just want to implement the pop-up component with a title. On the reimbursement page, create a mock button, then on click, launch the pop-up component.

Acceptance Criteria

• On button click: launch the side pop-up component which will slide in from the left side and occupy half of the page.
• Have the component take in a title prop and render it like the mock

Proposed Solution

• Create a mock button component on the reimbursements page that on click will launch the side-page component
• Create the side-page component in the components folder
