This patch removes scroll emulation in the ipad plugin, which turns out to smooth out the scrolling behavior on iOS devices. It also prevents touch events from being emulated on
<button>s and<label>s, which was causing the "X" button to be unable to close the directory list.Related: #2721 (comment)
