Description
For P0 & P1 test cases running twice in NuGet.Client Daily Tests pipeline as they are both added in the NuGet.Tests.Apex and NuGet.Tests.Apex.Daily project, and they are exactly the same. Confirmed with NikolChe at the last sync-up weekly meeting to keep P0 & P1 tests in NuGet.Tests.Apex.Daily project, remove them from regular Apex test.
