Description

1. Add below new test cases about consume package in PM UI of non-SDK style project into NuGet.Client-VSDaily Tests pipeline.
   Install a non-latest package in project-level PM UI of Non-SDK style project
   Update a package in project-level PM UI of Non-SDK style project
   Uninstall a package from project-level PM UI of Non-SDK style project
2. Modify the package used for test cases to one generated from a local file system source.
