Port to libbladerf 2, as explained here: https://www.nuand.com/libbladeRF-doc/v2.0.0/relnotes_2_0_0.html. Fixes issues 14 and 15 (which seem like the same issue).
I simply opted to cast instances of
BLADERF_MODULE_RXtobladerf_channel_layoutinstead of renaming things. Only one instance was actually required for it to compile, but I casted all of them.Tested against local GSM towers and it seems to work.
