No ultimo PR #3012 eu dei uma incrementada major no l10n_br_fiscal mas eu esqueci fazer o mesmo pro 3 módulos que passaram a depender do novo modulo l10n_br_fiscal_edi extraído. Como o merge foi com nobump, não gerou novos pacotes no pypi para esses 3 modulos, mas é importante marcar a mudança e publicar novas versões dos modulos, por isso esse PR.
Limpei também o l10n_br_fiscal_edi que tinha uma pasta readme dentro da pasta readme...
Por fim, eu dei uma incrementada minor no l10n_br_account (l10n_br_pos_nfce e l10n_br_nfse_focus tiveram apenas adaptações pros testes no #3012 e não precisam de incremento de versão). Por enfim eu dei uma melhorada nos name e summary dos módulos que nos quais eu toquei.
