At the moment the tool asks

Use the previous PR #480 branch as base? [y/N]

If you answer yes, a new branch is created for the next PR to port using the current branch.

The current name is oca-port-pr-511-from-14.0-to-15.0.

It would be nice if the final branch name contains all the PRs ported in it.

We could move pr-511 at the end and append all the PRs ' number we base from. Eg:

oca-port-from-14.0-to-15.0-pr-511-515-520

This way is clearer which PRs are contained in the branch.
