Unable to include l4t-usb-device-mode recipe due to errors

When adding recipe l4t-usb-device-mode, dunfell branch, image build fail in do_rootfs step with the following error:

it seems the usb-gadget.target file needs to be removed from teh recipe. I removed it and it worked fine.
