ZOMGPOP! Let's us some challenges!

Here's how things will work: Monday morning (or Tuesday, idk), a "host" will post the weekly challenge by creating a page on this wiki for the challenge and linking from The Great Challenge List. Challenge solutions will be due Thursday of that week. On Thursday afternoon or Friday, we'll review the problem and all solutions and have a nice geeky discussion. The host will then choose the following week's host.

I think it's a bit more fun when a challenge has a quantifiable winner, but that's left to the host's discretion.

Since this is on github, everyone should commit their challenges to the repo. We'll organize it by challenge.
