Description

Creates a new dev workflow that allows developers to preview their changes on live site data. Specifically:

• Create scripts to export production site data to new preview site
• Add header element to notify on dev site and toggle between dev variants
• Add PR preview github action
• Minor css fixes
• Documentation updates
• Update firebase core and typings
