Synchronization with original project's master as of 27-03-2017.
Since some bug fixes were added that conflicted with my changes, work again on issues #4 and #5.

  • today button problem when closing on select is enabled. Trivial.
  • next/previous/any month problem when the corresponding day doesn't exist in target month. Conflicts with other contributors' changes since someone added the feature of keeping same day when navigating between months, so setting day to 1 isn't a fix anymore.
