Refactor the Roadmap Section on About Page to Enhance Visual Appeal and Structure

The current roadmap section on the About page looks fairly simple and lacks a structured or visually engaging layout. It doesn't effectively highlight the project’s milestones or planned features, which may reduce its impact and clarity for users or contributors.

Redesign the roadmap with a more structured and visually appealing layout. This will make it more interactive and easier to understand at a glance.

upd: we now have milestones data available and can use OWASP Nest milestones for the roadmap component content -- for this we need to extend resolve_recent_milestones method w/ filtering by project ability.

We don't have progress data for them, maybe ETA for completion only. If you have ideas how to make it look better withing the constrains please go ahead.

I've attached a video showcasing the current UI implementation. Whenever you get a chance, please have a look so I can go ahead and raise the PR.

I like the idea. We need to remove the status context and probably the ETA as we don't want to keep it updated. Let's add a unique icon for each item and extended description for the expanded view. I'm not sure if the left vertical line should be there as it's normally for connected timeline events.
