Improve documentation #7
Description
This is a user story that contains several subtasks
- Update README.md to be more user friendly #8
- Add docstring to the core methods in the onc.py #9
- Plan to migrate documentation from Confluence to GitHub so it is easier to maintain. (Optionally include a tutorial jupyter notebook like the one in the api-tutorial)
