🔧 Refactor – Landing Page And Other Internal Pages

We like to have the landing page and the other internal page more configurable.

• lets have internal pages more configurable
• create component to handle common code of all internal pages
• bug: add missing internal donation page
• remove sender.fm experimental content

Followup issue of fixed #4549 .

• correct bugginess use of links.ORGANIZATION on LoginForm.vue, RegistrationSlider.vue, webapp/maintenance/source/pages/index.vue, and password-reset.vue
• check for same kind of bugginess uses of other links.XXX as well
• write some tests for the redirect? leftover of 🍰 feat: Landing Page etc. #4555 (comment)
