Adds support for publishing additional metadata on print start.

This is especially useful in combination with OctoPrint-SlicerSettingsParser.

Personally I'm using it to tell Home Assistant the material type, so it can configure the enclosure accordingly.

It looks like the devel branch is behind master. If you could get it up to date, I'll rebase the PR.

Just switched your pr to target master, no one has used develop in a while, please resolve conflicts in readme.
