Update shared runtime sample to use GA endpoint (#91)

* Switch from beta to GA endpoint

* remove certs as consumer must generate

* functions.html not needed for shared runtime

* fix declaration of g warning

* npm audit fix

* added functions chunk to webpack to load functions.js

* restore customfunction.associate calls for now
