Update directed, undirected, and mixed min-max solvers to contain changes made to the windy variant #1
Description
A lot of work has been done since I first wrote these; the changes should be fairly compact. Use the MultiVehicleWRPP Solver as a model. Should enable us to get rid of some classes.
