Problem Description:

Possibly related to #2244

Ombi is not correlating the shows due to missing information in the PlexServerContent database table.
It does not appear to have all the titles that are on the actual media server after sync runs. I have re-run the sync scan manually multiple times, but inspecting the PlexServerContent table manually reveals missing titles.

The example I see is that Game of Thrones is on the Plex server and is listed in the Sonarr DB Cache table vis TvDB ID. but since it's not on the PlexServerContent table it appears as unavailable to Ombi. The console throws errors about not finding the parent series which is in fact the missing Plex Content.

Reproduction Steps:

Unsure how to reproduce...Run Manual full sync does not seem to add missing titles to the DB, and unsure if it is actually running the full sync or not, nothing in the logs. I did not see another bug this specific yet. Maybe it's just a matter of dropping the table entries and re-connecting Plex server? Not sure, the missing titles are random.
