Problem Description:

When viewing a reported issue, the "Title" field only includes the name, not the year of the item. This holds true for the table view and the details view of the issue. The year is needed for items with the same name. For instance, I had an issue reported with "The Thing", but I did not know if it was the version from 1982 or from 2011.

It may also be useful to include a "View On Plex" or "View On Emby" button in the table (possibly) or on the issue details page (definitely).

Reproduction Steps:

Report an issue on any item, look at the "Title" field in the table view of issues or the title on the issue details page.
