Unable to Login to Plex Requests Using Mobile Browser #403
Comments
Can you upgrade to 1.8.4 please and then try? |
I've updated to 1.8.4 and am now able to login and get to search page. However, when I enter a movie name nothing seems to happen. I've tried pressing 'Enter' button on keyboard and the magnifying glass in the search field. Able to search, request and add the same movie without issue using desktop's browser. |
In case it helps, the Requests page also doesn't show any content on mobile while the desktop version does. |
Sorry for not getting back as fast. Been really busy lately. This still happening? |
I can't reproduce this myself (no apple phone), but my friend who has an ios phone says that he is still unable to search for movies/tv shows, on current dev build. |
Did some research, one possible cause is the setTimeout javascript function that is being used. There are various threads about how safari seems to ignore it, http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8230380/settimeout-not-working-on-safari-mobile |
Thanks @Collisionc I'll take a look into improving that. |
I cannot see requests or add/search on my iPhone using 1.8.4 |
This has been fixed in the development version. See the referenced issue above (1.8.4 is no longer supported , we are currently on 1.9.0) |
My bad. I am on 1.9.0. |
I am not able to login via my mobile (iPhone 6 running iOS 9 with Chrome and Safari broswers). It pulls up the login page fine but then when I click login I get the following: '{"result":true,"message":"search"}
